The firm counsels clients in various transactional matters, including the purchase and sale of business, agreements involving the rights and obligations of owners. The firm also counsels companies regarding start-up involving corporations, "S" corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships.

LITIGATION

May Law, PC has significant experience in various courts, as well as reparations and enforcement actions before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”), Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and arbitrations before the NFA, FINRA and various exchanges. When suitable, the firm recommends the use of mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution that can reduce the risks and costs of litigation.

WILLS & TRUSTS

May Law, PC counsels clients in estate planning, taking into consideration each client's business and personal interests. The firm is cognizant of the confidential nature of these services and works with each client to prepare trusts, wills and other documents to implement an estate plan that will meet the specific needs of each client.
